TCO end-of-week architecture / proof queue

The week’s open-source research has converged into a bounded architecture. Discovery pauses while the strongest seams earn their place through proof.

TCO now has distinct planes for Homebase authority, work, change, evidence, agents, tools, qualified execution, artifacts, media, institutional data, and preservation. The stack is useful because each layer has an owner and an explicit boundary; it is not a mandate to install every candidate. Frontier capacity is an accelerator, not an availability dependency: Codex, Claude, OpenCode, and qualified local workers must remain replaceable executors behind TCO procedures. The economics now compound: frontier intelligence should discover and encode a procedure once, then let cheaper workers and deterministic gates perform the next instances.
